"GulfStream Coach files a Lawsuit on own Customer to keep Story Hush, Hush."

Gulf Stream has filled a lawsuit against me to remove my story from the website so that others would not know our story. They filled a Temporary Injunction so that the court would force me to stop writing the truth. I am glad to say that the Judge fairly ruled in our favor and refused their injunction. Now we await a court date and I anticipate that the courts will see the truth; and will not rule in their favor. Situations like these are dumbfounding because if the manufacturer has full knowledge that their product is (just for clarification) a "lemon", constructed incorrectly, badly manufactured or what ever name you see fit - "won't the manufacturer do what is right." It has been proven without a reasonable doubt that they are at fault. What is the reason why the manufacturers "WONT" take their unit back and refund our money? Why? It is simple. Instead they spend needless time and money hiring attorneys, and do not have one ounce of concern that they are inflicting more stress and are treating their consumers unfairly. Why would an RV company who states in their advertisement that they care about their customers work so hard to have my story removed and not do what is right? It makes you think doesn't it?

Stay in man that is what the public needs is for someone to show the big company they can't scare and run the little guy off.
Hope you the best.
