Oh yes! One is not enough for us so we have three! Two Yorkies and a Bichon Frise. They are very settled in the camper and feel right at home. We wouldn't think of leaving home without our dogs. Where we go, they go!!

William, type NO TITLE in the Search GOOD OLD RVs box top right of home page. There are several excellent discussions of how people and states have gotten title. This is a fairly common problem with vintage travel trailers, but it can be done... wit…

Sorry Pat! I checked the site again and my new AVG says it is clear so I'm not sure what is going on but I removed it. I will take the PC back to the man who said it was ok. Thanks for the heads up. I wasn't going to even add the site but I love my puppies and I am trying to help chained dogs have more freedom.
As soon as I figure out what all of these buttons are for on this Concord, the pups and I are going on a trip!
Take care,
Tammy

Hey Pat, I wouldn't mind being a moderator for Glastron related topics. I have not done that before and don't know if I am savy enough for the position but I do enjoy talking Glastron and old RV restoration, repair and maintenance. All shipshape here in the NW and heading for the San Juans again tomorrow, weather permitting.

Pat:

Gaylynne and I will no longer be in your group. It appears that the group is more interested in restorations and the like and we are not.

Thanks for allowing us to hear about your trips. Good luck to you and yours sir. Keep going down the road. Don

I fear my dream is at an end, I must make repairs and do a bit of work before I can hit the open road, my dream died as I was turned away from RV park after RV park because my RV is undesirable as are ANY RV that are over 10 years old. It seems California is NOT older RV friendly, especially Bakersfield and surrounding areas. Sure they will tolerate the undesirable RV for a couple of days but they do not want visitors to see those undesirable older RV, which ruin the appeal of the park.

Is it me or is this discrimination? only the RICH 100,000 plus RV are welcome. We might be welcome long term at the RV parks that are littered with drug addicts and prostitution, wow, fun place to take the family. Only undesirable older RV's deserve this kind of environment, this IS the message. I called the current owner earlier today with tears in my eyes as I told him I had no place to put my almost dream, now I'm left without a home and my dream, in all honesty I returned home a disabled wounded warrior after serving my country for over 10 years, I know I'm changed forever, but tis was not the country I left..tell me what happened, how is it that only the rich are allowed freedom? THIS HAS TO BE STOPPED!! :(

I will miss becoming a part of the community of RVing forgive my message I just don't understand things anymore. I just wanted to see the country I fought so hard for. Equality and freedom for ALL?

Hi Pat,

To be honest I know little about European modern caravans - they lack any style :) I much prefer vintage. I have a early 70's Sprite caravan and then the rest of my collection is American... two Airstreams and a 1965 Shasta. All my caravans are featured in my book 'My Cool Caravan'

hi Pat,

I love all your photos! There's a photo of an old airstream on your page, would you mind if I used it for an invitation to a store party? It would be part of a collage, and its perfect!

Hi Pat,

Lady dog is very welcome, we can stand to watch these poor furbabies suffer in cages at the shelters. Just wish I could save them all! Lady dog is very lucky to have her own RV. Oscar, Tillie, Caesar, Rayne and Cody would love to have there own also! :)
