The flxible motorhome I have is a 1960 Starliner. It was ordered as a motorhome from the factory, its not a converted passenger bus. It does not run and needs a lot of work. It will be a major project but well worth the investment when completed.

This is one of three motorhomes made from a 28 foot airstream trailer by a company in Minnesota in 1979. It is front wheel drive and the Ford V8 is mounted under the kitchen sink on the passenger side aft of the entry door. It is a major project.

- My parents owned an RV rental and sales business in El Paso, Texas in the late 60's and early 70's. I have been attracted to vintage travel trailers and motorhomes since. I have owned numerous RV's and have several rare motorhomes and a couple of vintage trailers now. I think my blood type is RV.

- I was able to score a good 1983 Chevy Sportvan today though. It mostly intact conversion.

I have been in the rain so long I don't know what the sun looks like 3 days in a row and after looking these photos I want so bad to go camping.anywhere keep putting them on.
I think Pats comment on 1/9/2010 said it all and I think the only way to go!!
Stay in man that is what the public needs is for someone to show the big company they can't scare and run the little guy off.

Do you have any interior photo of the streamline?
A retro classic from the past. All aluminum, aircraft style build. Aluminum interior, no leaks, solid floor, rear bath model, with twin beds. Needs very little to be excellent. Getting rare and hard to find in this shape.
