Hi Danny, I like the sub compact trailer. I would find it really great for weekend fishing trips. How do you tranport the scooters when you are trailering?

Hi Dan, your teardrop is looking great! I really like the wide stance and sleek shape! My Wife and I built ours also and now we're building a second one too. We added a small solar panel this time and changed the shape so it looks more like a 1950's style toaster. I'll add some pics of it to my profile in the next few days.

Hi Danny,
I am involved with building the new Serro Scotty's. Go to www.scottytrailer.com and you can see all the models. I do have several vintage trailers- 49 TiniHome, 62 HiLo, 62 Eriba Puck, 65 Shasta & 67 HiLander, but also have a love of small campers period. The Scotty project started in 2006 and continues to evolve. Dealers are still have a tough time with finacing so we went factory direct. The Silver Pup with a/c , furance , 3.0 cu ft fridge and sofa/bed ( full 54" open) after discount is $11,995 and also shipping at $1 per mile.

The Teardrops are great, aren't they. More folks should get started camping by building their own Teardrop. Check out the Sierra Madera Teardrop on Sierra Trailer Restorations home page. Links on the left of our home page. I visited them and saw it this summer. Might give you some ideas! pat

Great looking trailer Danny. I am a little biased though, I too am a proud owner of a Mobile Scout. I'll be watching for more photos.
