Newbie needing advice

New at RV's and was wondering what to be looking out for when purchasing a used class c motorhome. I know that I should hire someone that has a lot of experience working on them to go over it before I purchase one. However I would like to know what I should be looking for and asking to eliminate some of them. I see a good many come from Arizona area and was wondering if there is any thing special I should be looking for if it is from the Arizona.

Lots of advice there from other members. the VIN check killed the deal on one i really wanted to buy. Also, i did have (for a change) pay and rv technician to do a 90 point checklist too. He found about $3,000 in repaird needed and some probable dry rot in the walls of the rv! Now mind you I kinda like working on my rvs, but not rebuilding the walls! There are too many good ones out there.

There are so many things to look for, that it is hard to pin down just a small list. If I were you, I would try this How to buy a Used RV page as a start.
